            In markets, it includes people to interact to have conversations for it to successfully work or progress. For a person to be able to sell something or a product, he or she should be able to talk to have a conversation with the customer for a seller to be able to convince customers to buy. In the other hand customers talk, converse to sellers to ask about their products. In a market system this is the environment. People talk. They have conversations for them to have successfully had working market system. In markets they negotiate, they transact, they agree on the transactions. These events all happened because there is conversation. This is also a way of advertising products to the market, to the consumers. There are many ways of advertising products. Through conversations, products in the market are known because of the word of mouth. News or word of mouth happened through conversations. This is also how products get sold in the market. In the market many conversations happened. Talking is always involved in a market system. In a market system this is how people communicate, this form of communication where you directly point out you ides, you communicate and interact with people. Conversations usually is the starting point of relationships in the market system in a market you talk to people that you have not even seen your entire life but yet there is no choice but to build up conversation for you to have transactions, for you to sell or buy, again conversation happen in the market. The market is often described noisy because of conversation.

There are so many people in the world and focus in just one portion is risk to take. Yes the target market are human beings, of course, but they should not only focus in class of human being s. it is bad thing if markets only focus on selling their product in on class off society, maybe yes you can say it is a form of discrimination but that should not be the case. The market should focus that their target market is everyone. There are companies or manufactures who does just focus in one social class as there market but that should not be the case the market is everyone. Everyone should be able to have the capacity to purchase all products that is being sold in the market. Or at least sellers should target all, everyone, all human beings because who else will consume or buy the products, no one else but human beings.

They should be able to express their thoughts through words clearly. There are many ways to express thoughts but the most efficient way to express them in a market system is through conversation that is why everyone should be able to understand what one is talking about in the simplest term. Conversations in the market system should be conducted in a human voice meaning they should converse in the simplest terms for everyone involved will be able to understand what is going on. Conversations should be clear with no other interpretations of the conversation needed. This is what is needed to have a proper conversation. Conversations among human beings should be human of course because in what other way is supposed to talk; everyone should understand the thoughts of one individual in a human sense. Also this could also mean that when we converse we should talk act in a humane way, meaning we should not step on someone’s personality. There are limitations of what we can say towards an individual. They should be humane meaning, as much as possible we should be able to give positive insights, positive feedbacks to the people we are talking to. Conversations among human beings should be conducted in a human voice because we are humans in the first place, we should talk in just in a moderate speed, clear voice that if someone does not understand what we are saying we may repeat are selves to explain ourselves clearly and not like machines or robots .

You have to present yourself to other properly, although  you have you own opinions your own things to say you have to be careful how you are sharing , you are presenting it to other people, to other people you are talking to. Yet being careful of what opinion you want to share you have to be natural in how you present it to the people. You have to be careful of how others will interpret you ideas your opinions, your humors, it might not always mean the same thing to other people to what you are intended it to mean.

As long you give respect, as long as you are not stepping on anyone you are an okay person. People sometimes recognize with just the sound of your voice. The sound of a person’s voice says something what that person is feeling at that moment. A person can express hi happiness, his anger, his sadness with the sound of that person’s voice. Human beings recognize these emotions with the tone of the voice another individual are having. The sound of a person’s voice can be recognized if he or she is often being heard by other people. Like just for examples. The singers that we listen to, the band we listen to some of them with just the sound of their voices we already know who is that artist is. Especially our favorite artist, we easily distinguish who they are because we often listen to them. Same thing in life, we talk to a person often, we would be familiar to what he or she sound like. We have an idea of the sound of voice a person has if we often talk to them. During the time of mass media information was read through the magazines and news papers. News was spread through radio broadcasts. There were so many forms of advertising and communication during the era of mass media but not like how the web has done it. When the web was introduced communication has made much easier. Everything can be viewed in the web. The technology has total evolved. It is a good thing it was easily accepted by people. Today many depend on the web for their sources. Many have made the web part of their lives. The web has given so much including the form of information made easy for everyone.

People has already has enough information why would they go through the long process of hierarchy when they can get what they need faster. What people need is knowledge and understanding which they can get much faster without going through hierarchy. A person has made their lives easier with the use of hyperlinks. Hyperlinks have made the process of getting what they need much faster and easier. This had made their lives more efficient. They can do work without having bosses or subordinates. People can do it much faster and more direct with use of hyperlinks. Today hierarchy is beginning to disappear because of the step hyperlinks are making. It has been a technology that once again made the lives of people much easier. Hierarchy has been eliminated by hyperlinks because of its ability to give or show people what they need much faster and much easier without giving themselves a hard time. This is what human beings want, to make things much easier to access to. People go to people who gives them what they need immediately.

They have what they call a strong way of conversing because of the possible conversations that is happening in the web. The web has given them the power to know what is going on among the markets without even them wasting so much time and effort. The web has given so much already for human beings today. Now internetworked markets and intranet worked employees can have a conversation strong enough for them to all get updated in the scene in the market system. This has given them so much help because of the technology that the web is offering today. They have their own ways to communicate among each other. Now sometimes they have their own conversations with in the market system without having a hard time. All these are all now possible because of the technology that the web has to offer today.

They give updates on what is happening on what is going to happen and even on their plans that they want to happen. Through the communication that they have within the organization they build up more friends which may help them in the future. With the communication they have in the web they can communicate and help each other in the organization that they formed. The communication in the web is very helpful for everyone involved.

There are a lot of ways that the employee can do all the things the market can do. There are people that have subordinates, the employees does the work and the boss gets the credits from the work done. There is always a process that has been done to achieve work, work has to go through different steps, and a different procedure before it is completely done. People go to people who will give them what they need, not to people that will just give them more information. There are many good ideas to be given, to be shared, there are only limitations that are stopping these ideas to be heard but because of the rules to be followed in the company the ideas are stopped from being heard, yes there is freedom within the company but there are constraints. There are procedures just to voice out if you are not really in top of the hierarchy it will be hard for you to voice out, that is why they are considering it inhuman because of the literal meaning that employees within the company are restricted to their jobs only, voicing out has a process which is totally different from the outside world of corporations. There are so many good ideas that maybe helpful but just kept because of the inhuman process that professionals have in corporations, companies, and businesses. Humans have the freedom to express themselves.

Mistakes are mistakes for them, instead of doing something about i, which they will but if the solution does not work out it will give them more problems. It will just give them more tension. Life does not always according to plan there are its ups and downs and you cannot do anything about it. Companies are too harsh on their selves, all they do is focus on the completion, focus on how it make their sales higher and how will they put the completion out of business, this is I think what companies are doing, they should relax and yes get a sense of humor.

So the companies should put themselves in a position in a situation that they will know, they will understand what they really want if they put themselves in a position where they will understand the markets, understand what the people really wants and not just what the company think is right because the situation of producing profit is in the market, they are the one who will demand for the products, they are the ones who will consume the products of the business. That is why companies who are still attempting to position themselves should do so because that is what will give them a good running business. They expect something goo like from what they saw from the advertising and all, but yet when they purchase the items, the products it is not near from what they saw. Companies should be serious on what they are giving to the people they should not take the public, the market like an element of the business area. They are just treating the market like they are just part of the business world that are gullible and will purchase and purchase whatever they serve to the market. Which is not true today, the markets today are advance and smarter because of technology today.

Without them the company that they have would not be standing and they would not be in position where they are now. Even with the position that they have they should be aware of the situations that they are putting themselves in. they should not forget that they are still working for what they have and to achieve the things that they want, they should realize the that the markets will be the one to generate the profit for them, if it wasn’t for the people, for the market they would not be sitting on their “thrones”, they would not have the lives that they are having right now, all they should do is to establish a relationship on with their markets with the people involved. Public Relations does not relate to public. Companies are deeply afraid of their markets. Public relations are always on their “game plan”, which does not always work. They give out plans which they think will click to their markets, they generate or come up plans right away without them even consulting the markets, they are not sure if the plan that they have is what the market really wants and that is really what the companies should take into consideration, before they act, before they waste money on something with no assurance, they should first talk to the market, they should realize what the markets really want to begin with. The Companies should not be afraid of the markets in fact they should have alliance with the markets because the markets are the one who is going to give them the money, the profit that they are working for. Having strategies to generate profits is one thing but coming up with plans with consulting the people you will sell to, the markets is another thing, maybe with consulting the markets is a plan that will work rather than just having their own conversations, their own plans, their own strategies with just consulting and just working with what the company really wants and not what the markets want, in the first place the market are the people where they are going to sell to.

They speak in different language to maintain their uniqueness it is like they are not globalized more on privatization that is why nag they are acting this way so that they can dictate the market system also that is why they are acting this way because if there are more that adds up to they will have a bigger competition which will be a bad thing for them, it will be harder for them to gain loyal customers who will constantly buy their products because  they are limiting themselves into a language which could not be understand, they are acting, speaking like they are the only people who needs what they are producing. They do not give the market a chance to participate on what they should be participating on, they are always keeping a distance from their markets which they are putting themselves in an odd position and it’s very hard to communicate with the markets if you have to many competitors already, or even just a single competitor because once another company in the same line of business that you are in and that company has made the right decision to connect to the market to have a working relationship with their markets it will be hard to get them back since your business had driven them away because of you not giving a good relationship with the market.

Companies often have problems on creating programs to create more profit for the company because they are worried that the markets are ahead of them, the markets really know what is going on the company and the business does not know that the markets are ahead of them. There are always ways for the markets to know what is going on inside the business and it always seems that the companies are dictating what the markets want but reality is that the business are just giving what the people want they are dictating their move, according to what they see the people want and that is always a problem for the businesses because there are ways for people, the markets, and worst for competitors to know what is going inside their company and that is a bad thing for them, it will just cause them more problems it is really hard to get ahead of the market, especially with the technology we have today, it is always a problem for the businesses to generate a plan that the market would not know about and of course it takes planning and a well thought out process  for them to achieve this.

 

29. Elvis said it best: "We can't go on together with suspicious minds."

Meaning that people should not be so suspicious on the things, events that is happening around us. Yes, this is hard to do because of the problem that has been occurring every now and then but this does not mean that everyone is up no good. Of course we should trust some people but first they have to be tested before we give our full trust to them. That is why people become suspicious because of an event that has happened to them without even them noticing that a person is already taking advantage of them. That is why people become suspicious because they don’t see something they agree on or something they don’t like but this cannot go on. People has to have the responsibility of himself no one else will take care of him that is why before anything bad happens to him. But people should change this attitude of always being suspicious even if they are not in the right place to be suspicious they cant always treat each other as bad people who will not do any good for them. They should realize that there are also people who wants to help them, become their friends. This is what usually is happening around us but people are not aware that they are losing a lot of things because of their attitude of being suspicious. This is not how we should live our lives.

 

30. Brand loyalty is the corporate version of going steady, but the breakup is inevitable—and coming fast. Because they are networked, smart markets are able to renegotiate relationships with blinding speed.

People tend to e loyal to products because they have used the products that they have purchased and they have trusted that product because it meets their needs. Sometimes people purchase items or products because of the brand’s name this usually happens even if they do not enjoy the quality of the product they still purchase the products just because it is famous or people are talking about it, and in most cases because of insecurities and people want to be known that they have money, even if the product is expensive they purchase it because it is expensive. When a a person purchase an item that he or she has been constantly purchasing and disappoints them just one time it is very easy for them to look for another brand it is fast for them to turn away from a product and at the same time it is easy for them to trust a product that is why a market should be really having good strategies in attracting the markets and once they have done them they will have the loyalty of their customers just like that. That is why they have to be really good in the attracting the customers with good quality of their products the loyalty of customers will soon follow them.

 

31. Networked markets can change suppliers overnight. Networked knowledge workers can change employers over lunch. Your own "downsizing initiatives" taught us to ask the question: "Loyalty? What's that?"

markets if not satisfied or disappointed can change their suppliers just like that it is hard to find a real loyal supplier for the market, you may never know what is going on within the company of the supplier, and as well in the market, there are many instances where loyalty is tested in this kind of environment, when a market feels that their supplier is already up to no good there are always alternatives for them. One there are many suppliers in the business, why would they stick to something that they know would not do them any good. They can take the risk of staying, but just one mistake of suppliers, just one thing they do wrong, they are gone just like that, markets can change them just like that, at a glimpse and the supplier will find their companies in a downfall with no market to sell to, that is why a supplier should always take care of their market, it is not always on giving the markets what they want, what they need but also they have to show the trust and respect that they have with their markets, the markets will be the one who will give them the profit, no one else that is why it is really important for suppliers to gain the trust of their markets

 

 

 

32. Smart markets will find suppliers who speak their own language.

The markets does not go to suppliers which they do not understand, which they do not get along with, why would they waste their time on someone who will give them a hard time and which they will not benefit from. Smart markets will go to suppliers which they will understand, which they will get along with. Markets will find suppliers where they can make easy negotiations with, people who will easily agree on things, markets would not want to have a hard time making transactions with people they know will just waste their time. Markets would always be looking for suppliers that they can trust, suppliers who has “man of their word”, a supplier who says he will do it, and you can assure, trust them that he will do it, he will deliver what he promised. Markets would always be after a supplier who has a good reputation in the industry. Markets will want suppliers who speaks the same way as they do, in a language in which of course both of them will understand, in a language that they will both agree on, it is hard to find a supplier that will last with the market that is why a market should be careful in making transactions even if there may be a supplier who will agree on every transaction you make but is taking advantage of every situation that is a bad thing, the market should be careful in picking and making transactions with the supplier.

 

33. Learning to speak with a human voice is not a parlor trick. It can't be "picked up" at some tony conference.

What I understood from this statement is that it is easy to have a conversation with anyone but talking to people to the market is not easy to do there are rules that you have to obliged with to be able to successfully have a working conversation with the market, there are different strategies to keep your market intact with you. Having to speak in a human voice is not a joke; you may think that how hard can it be too able to speak? But it is hard to do so in a professional situation, it is not just talking, speaking and building a conversation you have to do, but you have to come up with a conversation that will gain the trust of the market, it is not the usually conversation that you have when you interact in the grocery, or the conversations that you have with your barber when you have your haircut. Those kinds of conversations are easy to pick up with, it is to start those kind of human voice, but what the statement is saying, the kind of human voice that they are talking about is the human voice that will gain and attract the market, a human voice that will be able to convince the market that they are doing the right thing, the human voice that will talk to the market

 

34. To speak with a human voice, companies must share the concerns of their communities. Companies should not always keep things to themselves and not let the community what is going on within the company, the community should be the ones to know on the news or in the things that are happening inside the company, the company using their human voice should always keep a relationship with the community, in the first place the community are the ones who purchases their products, so the community since they are the one consuming the products they should keep track on what is happening on the companies that they purchase their products from. The companies should speak to the community in a human voice, meaning whatever what the company would want to address  to the community, they should do it in a human voice, meaning in a manner that the community would be able to understand, the company should explain things in the simplest form, in way that everyone would literally understand whatever the company would want to address the community, it is their right to know what is going on, the community should not be taken for granted, and most of all, companies should not take advantage of the community, the community are the ones who will give profit to the companies, so if they do not know what is going on, on what is happening, and if companies take advantage of the community, how will the companies gain the trust of the community.

 

35. But first, they must belong to a community.

people would not survive alone, it is very hard for an individual to survive without anyone to interact with, to communicate with, that is why people should not isolate themselves from the real world, there will be always people you will be able converse with, to interact with, you should not isolate yourself from society, first of all you will be always part of society, you will always have citizenship , as an individual, you should to your duty as part of the society, you should be able to contribute to society, you might not be good in everything but certainly you are for sure good at something, you should not hide it, contribute and be part of a community, the society. You and a supplier belong to a community where you benefit from each other, we take advantage of each other, and we abuse each other. Since all of us are part of a community, we should all be helping out each other to improve the community we belong in, it is not always being on top that counts but what we can do for each other, what we can contribute, doesn’t it feel better that we know we are giving and doing something good for other people, we just do not help ourselves but at the same time we are helping other people. Do not isolate yourself from people that will help you, look for people you know you can trust and stick to those people, it is hard to find a trust worthy person today.

 

36. Companies must ask themselves where their corporate cultures end.

Companies should know where the limitations of their company should be. Companies have cultures that they only practice because not in every business, in every company they have the same culture that is being practice, the companies have culture or practices with in the work area only for them to be done, their culture is something only for the employees company are comfortable in, the companies should always know their limitations, importantly they should know how to act, how to present themselves outside the company, they should give the customers, the clients a good impression of what their company really. Employees, even people who are just inside a certain company often are immune, or they are used to the environment, or culture inside the company. They already know how to treat each other, but that system or relationship only works inside their company, once you bring that culture outside the company, you may never know that the attitude that you have in your company is good but to other people outside the company it is already something offending, that is why companies should ask themselves where is the extends of their culture, they should know where their company culture will end, because not everything they act is okay for the people outside the company, people maybe “alien” to the environment, to the culture that you have inside your work place, inside the company, companies should be sensitive about these things.

 

37. If their cultures end before the community begins, they will have no market.

If at the start the company does not get along, if at the start even before the company start they do not have any relationship, they do not have a culture it will be hard for them to gain a market because how will they do this if at the start they do not have interaction, they do not have a culture to practice, they do not even have anything to show to the clients that they are a company that works together, before anything else they, employees should get along with each other, they should have a culture that will bring them together, it is not easy to have a market that will permanently stay, permanently be loyal to your company. A company should have a culture to start with, if you have the care for your market, you should show them that, so to begin with you should have a good working relationship with everyone in your business, in your company, you should have a culture that will bring everyone together, there should be unity present in the work areas, if it will be hard to interact with one another inside the company, if it will be hard for you to communicate with people that you are with everyday, with people you see, smell, everyday and you are already having a hard time interacting, communicating with them then it will be hard for you to communicate with the market that you want to have.

 

38.Human communities are based on discourse—on human speech about human concerns.

The community are based on communication on important things, on important ideas that each has to share, communities exist because of interaction of individuals with different people, they have interaction that make sense, the community speak out about the concerns that they have with what is going on, they should be aware of what are the concerns of not only individuals that they communicate with but what are the events that Is happening around us, people should be aware of he problems that are existing around us, that is why communities are based on discourse because they do speak out about important discussions, discussions that actually make sense, they communicate with other people to resolve a common thing, that is why communities are formed because they are brought together by a common problem, a common discussion, most importantly individuals should not isolate themselves from the community, from society, because standing alone will give them a hard time in life, they will not survive being alone, isolated from the community, everyone should be helping each other, an individual may not need other individuals at that moment but time will come when they will be needing people to interact with, time will come that they will need help from society which in the first place they belong to, they should be contributing to society which in the first is always there to give them a lending hand, which is there in the start.

 

39. The community of discourse is the market.

The place where you will find intelligent conversation is in the market, usually conversations are made here, and there are different negotiations and transactions that are happening in the market there is what you call the discourse, an intelligent conversation or simply a conversation, that is why it is called the community of discourse, that is why the markets are described this way because this is where communication happens, this where transactions are suppose to be with. Once you have gained the market it will be easy for you to produce because now that you have the market or the community of discourse, you now know what does the market. You have the direct perspective of the community of discourse. That is why the market is where you should focus on; you should have a relationship with the market, with the community of discourse. That is why the market is called the community of discourse is because of the interaction that they make with each other, the market contributes to society. This is what they need for them to be able to have complete working relationship they communicate they do not isolate themselves because in the first place they are part of that community which they should contribute to. Discourse or community of discourse is what they should be able to do since they are part of that community. They should belong to what they are part of in the first place.

40. Companies that do not belong to a community of discourse will die.

Companies should belong to the community off discourse for them to survive, because only to the community of discourse they will find the market that they will be needing, they need to have interaction to the market for them to survive, they should belong to the community of discourse because the community of discourse will be the one that will be dictate what the companies should be producing what they will be selling, the companies should have conversations with the community of discourse because the only people who will be purchasing whatever the companies are producing or manufacturing , are the people who belong to the market, to community of discourse, there should be interaction with companies and the community of discourse, for the companies to be able to survive, they have to have smart, intellectual conversations with the community of discourse, that is there is always a demand for a certain product because of the communication between the companies and the market, because of the conversation happening between the market and the companies, companies are able manufacture what the market want and it is always a certain assurance that they will be accurate in what they are giving out because it came directly from the market and they are the one who will be buying the products, so the companies should belong to the community of discourse because only through communication, the company will be able to survive .

 

41. Companies make a religion of security, but this is largely a red herring. Most are protecting less against competitors than against their own market and workforce.

Companies protect what they have, they often talk to put their competitors out of business, they do everything to mislead their customers, heir markets of course there are instances where companies will go to the extent just to put their competitors out of business and they will do everything to gain more customers, even the market of their competitors in fact this what they want, for their competitors to go down. So they talk in a sense that even if they are not in a good position, they still give a different view to their customers, they give what is not proper to the customers, to the market, which should not be right because if they really want to have the trust and loyalty of their customers, of their market they will give them what they deserve, they will be honest to them and not mislead them to something they do not deserve. Sometimes it is just the company’s strategy to mislead their customers; their markets for them to continue have their loyalty towards their products even if there is already something “fishy” going on.  But what companies are doing is that they are taking advantage of their customer’s, their market’s trust. They are too possessive of their customers that it does not matter to them even if they are doing something that is not fair.

 

42. As with networked markets, people are also talking to each other directly inside the company—and not just about rules and regulations, boardroom directives, bottom lines.

In network markets people have contact to employees of different companies and they just not talk about the rules and regulations. People also inside the companies have conversations and they just do not talk about purely about work all the time, there are also different topics that they have it is not always in the line of business is the main topic of conversations inside work areas. People have lives which they share to other people. As network markets, they have different means of conversation. They talk about different things to take away their stress. People want to have a work area that will be easy for them. Of course they do not want to have problems while working they would not want to have anything to do with problems occurring in their business. They would just want to do their jobs and have what task to them done. They would not want to have any problems in working. Working is enough of a stress for employees. It is not always regulations they would not want to talk about there are more topics that they can have their conversations on and will not give the stress of always thinking about problems about the business of course they would stick to what will give them an easy time and not involve themselves into something that will give them more problems.

 

43. Such conversations are taking place today on corporate intranets. But only when the conditions are right. What this means for me, these kinds of communications are taking place inside corporate intranets but only when the situation is right, when people are just in the situation that they feel that the situation needs to be talked about, these kinds of communications happen inside the business or the corporate intranets. A person inside the corporate intranets has the right to start or just simply converse with the people inside the company. Maybe if the situation is in need to be talked about, if there are already problems occurring why not talk about it, why let it pass, if you do not take note of the things happening with in the companies you may be not doing your job well, as an employee of the company you are required to do your job, do not get problems get in between you and you co-workers because of problems that no one would want to fix. People are just too naïve of the company’s environment, they act if there is nothing going on inside the company, which should not be the case, they should be able to know what is the right thing to do, if they just let the small things pass and do nothing about it it would be a problem for them since they got used to doing nothing about the small problems, they should take actions for their own sake.

 

44. Companies typically install intranets top-down to distribute HR policies and other corporate information that workers are doing their best to ignore. Companies set up intranets to distribute their HR policies because it is one way for them to get easy access of future employees of people who would want to apply for jobs, it is also a good way for the companies to get know but by doing this they are risking something. They are risking the privacy of what should be kept inside the business or the company. They should realize that they maybe people who are taking advantage of the technology of what we have today. Corporations, companies, businesses use the intranets to distribute their policies in order for people to get informed for people to get aware without wasting much effort and time, why waste time doing the hard works when all of these things can be done in much faster, efficient, easier manner without even setting up meetings. With this technology they are living up to what is the trend or they are just simply being practical, because today the, technology that we have offers so much that it goes beyond the expectation of others, people does not realize the technology that we have today will bring much help for the people. And today with the technology that we have, many people depen on this and sometimes do not live a daily basis without using the technology that is being offered to us today.

 

45. Intranets naturally tend to route around boredom. The best are built bottom-up by engaged individuals cooperating to construct something far more valuable: an intranetworked corporate conversation. Since intranets are just limited to certain organizations and not everyone has an access to every intranets , so intranets are controlled not everything that you see in the web can be seen in a company’s intranet so there will be for sure information that are kept which not everyone can gain access to, of course this is one of the functions of an intranet keeping it to a certain level, there should be a limitation for the people who can access the intranet so since there are limitations in this organizations, and not everything can be found in the intranets of companies there tend to have boredom since everything or most information in the intranet are mostly about the company and since people would want to have something to turn to because of stress all they have to access is the intranets which contains policies and basically about organization, through this intranets employees within organization are given the opportunity to converse with one another without even leaving their work stations, and this result to more convenient, to a more working environment for the employees, which every company needs why waste too much time on things that are not really important when you can allocate time for this kinds of scenarios for the employees, not everything should be done in a traditional manner, there is technology for this.

 

46. A healthy intranet organizes workers in many meanings of the word. Its effect is more radical than the agenda of any union. A healthy intranet is something that is organized and well taken care of meaning it is properly used, and often used by people who are concerned with the intranet. A healthy intranet is something that is updated. All the functions, announcements, agendas of the organizations may be found in the intranet even without setting up meetings just for simple announcements. A healthy intranet organizes work within the organization or within the business not everyone should be able to access the intranet meaning not everyone should gain access to the company’s or the businesses’ intranet. This is something only limited to the employees or to the members of a certain organization. These should not be easily accessed by just some random person. A healthy intranet should always be maintained, meaning all the needed information new announcements may be found in the intranet. This will be able to save much time there will be less time and effort wasted in just spreading the news or the announcement and everyone who is part of the intranet should be able to understand the purpose of the intranet of the organization. The intranet is not just for some any other use but it is for purpose, work purposes of the organization. This should be well taken care of by the organization and by the users of the intranet because this can also be a source of communication.

 

47. While this scares companies witless, they also depend heavily on open intranets to generate and share critical knowledge. They need to resist the urge to "improve" or control these networked conversations. for me what this means is that organization should close or privatize their intranets for privacy for them not to expose ideas or conversations, since they have been experimenting or trying new things for their business they do not realize that the supposedly intranet of the business is becoming open more are getting easy access to what is supposed to be a private thing for the business. More are getting involved. Many conversations that should be an advantage over competitors are being discovered, which competition uses as an advantage. People do not realize that there are so many ways for competition to destroy a company, there are many ways for competition to make your company fall. There are no morals already practiced by some of these people. All they care about is what to do to put themselves on top, to put their company on top, they will do everything just to gain this power and for them, they would not let anyone get in their ways. People are just a bunch controlled puppets once inside their workstations and they do not think or care for what others might think, as long as they are doing their jobs, their duties they are okay with what is happening around them which should not be the case they should be concerned to what is happening.

 

48. When corporate intranets are not constrained by fear and legalistic rules, the type of conversation they encourage sounds remarkably like the conversation of the networked marketplace.

When corporate intranets are not constraint there are many ways for this intranet to fail. There is a main purpose for an intranet which to keep a certain organization organized and updated but if the intranet of a company is not constrained by fear or by rules there is a tendency of the main idea of having an intranet to fail. Here should be rules in using the intranet. Not anyone should be able to disobey or not follow with rules applying on using the intranet of the company. An intranet is not always a playground where anyone can just go to and mingle with things. This is a private thing for organizations, and companies that is why they have an intranet built for their company’s use. It makes things much easier for this people to know or to be informed on what is going on in the business. But if there is no fear or rules in using the intranet of the companies it will be really hard to maintain the intranet and the real essence of having an intranet in the business or the organization. That is why there are rules in using the intranet of certain companies and organization is for the sake of having privacy among the people of the organization and the rule in using the intranet should be followed.

 

49. Org charts worked in an older economy where plans could be fully understood from atop steep management pyramids and detailed work orders could be handed down from on high.

Org charts are used since even before, this is still used by organizations and by companies because it is simply a need for the companies and organizations, org charts are basically a structure f the hierarchy of the company. The structure of the main boss down to it’s’ subordinates. This s also how work is done. The steps or the procedures of where the first step should be done down to where it will finish, this is also how we will know when the job or the work should be properly handled because each job position has a distinct responsibility depending on their jobs, in their position in the hierarchy, in the position of their work in the org chart. Not all the works are equally distributed because this is the main purpose of having an org chart. People on top of the org chart for me usually gets the highest pay but less work that is how I see it, but that is only in own perspective. I do not really see the essence of having an org chart if the responsibilities or the work will not be followed or distributed t the right job position. All these have a reason to happen that is why the org charts distinctly points out the right responsibilities and work to the people involved.

 

50. Today, the org chart is hyperlinked, not hierarchical. Respect for hands-on knowledge wins over respect for abstract authority.

The org chart today is not considered as hierarchal but hyperlinked which means, how I understand it is that there is no longer the bureaucracy that controls subordinates but which is now controlled or authorized by people in different places. People who has great skills or has knowledge on hands on work is enough for people to gain the rest of others. This is enough to be considered as part of the org chart. People gain the respect of co-workers by simply excelling in the work they do. They do not require positions today to be considered as the authority or the boss. Being skillful is enough to be considered as the “boss” there would not anymore any requirements, meaning having a high position to be considered part of the org chart. There are different things done today, different from things done before. This is how people considered workers as part of the “org chart”. You just have to be skillful on hands on work and you will gain the respect of your co-workers without even wearing a suit like thos people on top and authority will be in your hands. Be skillful and be part of the workforce and you will surely excel in the work area you are working in. people consider skill to be more deserving of respect rather that all authority that controls the work area.

 

51. Command-and-control management styles both derive from and reinforce bureaucracy, power tripping and an overall culture of paranoia.

Command and control all came from the bureaucratic style of authority in the workforce. This is not the case anymore before when there is an org chart there are people who has power over other people which is not the real purpose of having authority. Some people because of paranoia tend to abuse their power over their subordinates. This should not be the case; this should not be the environment that people should be working in, they are working and they should be able to work in a stress free environment where there should be guidance not power ruling over them, controlling them. It is okay to have authority and with authority comes power, which should not be abused. People should always be responsible with what they have, they have been given power over people and they should use it in the right way not in the way that employees will be stressed and scared to go to work because of certain people taking advantage of power they have. People who has authority has power not to abuse it but for the purpose of making the work place more organized and more worker friendly meaning people , employees would want to work in the environment, not be scared of the boss and not go to work anymore because of all the problems and hassles that the higher people have. They tend to take advantage of their people even to an extent that they make them work or do something that is not even part of their jobs.

 

52. Paranoia kills conversation. That's its point. But lack of open conversation kills companies.

Being paranoid does not start any conversations, in fact it does not help in building up relationships, it does not help at when building conversations be confident of yourself do not think of what will happen to you. In fact think if you do not build conversations, it will be hard for people to consider themselves as part of the society. This how people should be able to build relationships. The same thing in companies people should communicate with each other, people should be able to build conversations with in the company, because if there is no conversation happening or communication happening in companies it will surely kill the company because if employees does not converse inside the company how will they know what is going on inside the company, how will they know what is the work that should be supposedly done. There should be conversation inside the company this is how companies survive, this is how people survive. They should interact with one another. Build conversations with people for them to function properly they should be able to build conversation with your co-worker. You should start to establish good working environment inside the company this is just how people should interact inside the work areas of companies. People should have conversations it is basically part of life this how people live. People cannot live without conversation people should be able to understand that this is how work areas function through conversation.

 

53. There are two conversations going on. One inside the company. One with the market.

What I understand form this is that there are two kinds of conversations this is probably the conversations happening between employees, between co-workers this how employees in companies gain relationship with one another people should be able work together inside the work area they should function together inside the work place, they should establish themselves in a good working environment this is just how they will make their work force be successful, by having a good work relationship with each other inside the work are. There should not be any bad relationships for them to get along and work properly. The other conversation is I think the conversation when transactions are made. Conversations with in the market, this is how consumers get the news about the products. Markets have conversation and this is how they learn, this is how the markets get updated by having conversations with one another people in the markets have their relationships working in with one another. People build relationships for them to have a successful part in society. They should be really having a good working relationship with one other. This is how they consider themselves as part of the market, the society. People get involve with what is happening and they should be concerned because it will affect them sooner or later. People, the market also have different task in society. They should consider all this cannot be done without building relationships. They should be able to have conversations with each other.

 

54. In most cases, neither conversation is going very well. Almost invariably, the cause of failure can be traced to obsolete notions of command and control.

Conversations with in the work areas are being controlled which limit relationships. Failure begins to happen because of actions are limited. People are controlled in the environment where they should be free; people in the work areas should have conversations. Build relationship[s with one another. People should be comfortable while they are working. It is a stress enough that they are controlled by authority in their work area. So employees inside the work areas should be free in having conversation with one another, this is how they will be successful in having relationships with each other people should not treat the work areas as their own properties where they can do anything they want to do and control every movement of employees, people are suppose to be treated with respect and not with fear, if you teach the employees to fear you then the work wont be sufficient they would just live to follow orders and not be able to think for themselves and make quick decisions if needed. People are not objects that are owned, they should be given the freedom that they deserve the freedom they have in the first place. do not intimidate yor employees instead treat them as your friends, show them, give them respect for the company, the business to function properly with efficient employees who work properly in the work areas.

 

55. As policy, these notions are poisonous. As tools, they are broken. Command and control are met with hostility by intranetworked knowledge workers and generate distrust in internetworked markets.

This should not be how work is implied in companies it turns work areas into an environment uncomfortable for employees to work in. work areas should be place that employees can work around with the freedom that they have, they should be supported in the conversations that they have within the work areas as long as it ins work related ad it helps the company, so why stop employees in building up conversations if this is a way to gain or build up their confidence then let them have the conversations that they want to. Let them build a good working relationship with their co-workers and this might even be good for the company, employees are stressed enough in the environment of pressure they should be given the chance to express themselves show them what they can do, what they can do to help the company. Maybe there are things that employees keep to themselves because they are scared of authority; they are forced to keep something that we may never know that can help the company. Employees in companies should not be lead with fear they should not be working in an environment where all they have is pressure and stress. They should be treated fairly by authority and by this they give opportunities for those who are striving to help the company.

 

56. These two conversations want to talk to each other. They are speaking the same language. They recognize each other's voices.

There are different conversations happening, there are conversations happening within the companies, in the work areas this conversations are happening between employers and employees. These conversations happen to rgain or too build up employee relationship meaning a good working relationship with one another and employee’s converse with one another for the functionality of the company. And there are conversations happening between markets, markets converse to cope up with what is new. They have conversations to spread news. They build up a sociable relationship with one another which should be the case because they are part of the society. And these two conversations would want to talk with each other because this is how transactions are made, this how transactions begin. It starts with the conversation between the company and the market. Here another form of conversation is formed a conversation between the market and the company. This is a good thing for both the market and the company. They both benefit from one another they are both gaining something from having conversation. They have a direct relationship with one another now they a have the direct relationship or the act of transacting or purchasing products. When they have these conversations it means that they are speaking in the same language, a language that they both understand, a conversation that they both agreed to be part of, a conversation of transaction.

 

57. Smart companies will get out of the way and help the inevitable to happen sooner.

Smart companies will get out of the way for them to be able to give opportunities for the unexpected to happen. There are many things that can’t be controlled. There are many things that cannot be controlled but has to happen, for these smart companies they are giving way to others who will give them more, give them something better in return. Smart companies are giving way for more opportunity to happen. There are many opportunities that can happen. Opportunities for the others are much important for these smart companies, because of these smart companies, there are more opportunities that cannot be shown, or opened if these smart companies give way. This is a good way for these companies to see what are the other things that can be done if they gave others the opportunity that they will need because of this opportunities. There are things that cannot be stopped from happening, eventually they will happen in the future so why waste the time and effort that they will give out when they know that there will be something in the future that will be much helpful to them, it is always something that they have to take in mind, why force things when it is not needed in the first place, there will be things that will give them much help, so they are giving way to these new technologies, why stop opportunities when will be helpful to them.

                                                                                        

58. If willingness to get out of the way is taken as a measure of IQ, then very few companies have yet wised up.

This for me explains that only smart companies are the ones who has moved out of the way and many companies has not yet thought of doing his, they are not thinking well. This statement has compared moving out of the way to being smart because this is the good thing to do. Move out of the way to give more opportunities for other people. You may never know on what could happen if you do not step up, and move out of the way. They have given the willingness to show that there many there are many that can be done, by these companies moving out of the way; they will be able to know the possibilities of what else can happen. If they moved out of the way there are many unexpected thing could happen that we may never know that could be stopped from happening. This should what be done now, smart companies, is I think doing the right thing. There are a lot of things in this world that we may never know that could happen because we never tried. There are many possibilities but it is just they were never given the chance for them do be done. It is all about opportunities but we have to take them, not just give them away or throw them away, they are just being wasted if we do not take the risk.

 

59. However subliminally at the moment, millions of people now online perceive companies as little more than quaint legal fictions that are actively preventing these conversations from intersecting.

What I understood from this is that users, people using the internet are trying to get through conversations happening between companies, there are conversations that these users want to be part of which is really difficult for them to get through because there are information that these companies are hiding or not telling the people, so there are users who want to intersect these conversations, if the companies will not directly, or willingly give them the information that they deserve they will put actions into their own hands where they want to receive the best from these companies this is the reason why they are being denied the truth, the whole information, companies are hiding things from the markets which should not be the case, they willing gave their truth to these companies so they should get what they deserve in return not just some made up information, or lies which will just drive them away from these companies they are worth talking to since they are the ones who are purchasing the products from the companies so they should be given what they deserve, the truth, and the truth will put them in the loyalty of these companies, this is all they need the fair treatment which they all deserve.

 

60. This is suicidal. Markets want to talk to companies.

What this mean for me is that the markets should directly have a conversation with the companies and not with just other people because this is what they need. They do not have to get involved with anyone else because the companies are the ones who will give the information that they need no one else. If they want direct and accurate information about companies who else do they have to talk to but the companies because if people have conversation with the markets it is like they are relating themselves to suicide because the information that they are getting will not be direct and there is no assurance if the information is really correct. All they have to do is interact with the companies directly, experience firsthand the products of the company; they will not lose anything if they try. All they need is to be sure and have confidence in themselves because they will not get anything out of conversing to other markets when the information and the experience is not accurate, all they have to do is to have a relationship with companies and everything will turn out good, there is no harm in trying in building relationships with this people all there is to do is trust the companies they will surely be in good hands if they just trust these companies why else will companies do something that will turn their customers away from them.

 

61. Sadly, the part of the company a networked market wants to talk to is usually hidden behind a smokescreen of hucksterism, of language that rings false—and often is.

Companies network markets are often hidden behind smokescreens of the vendors who persuasively use their powers in selling their products which usually does  not work out for customers they are often not in the right track when they are selling their products, the real intentions of the companies towards their customers are hidden behind these hucksters who usually use the language of false, or they do not always tell the truth, people will go to extents even if it is not the truth just for them to be able to sell, it is not what the companies want to give their customers of course companies would want to have the trust of the customers of the markets, why would they want their customers their markets to be living in the environment which they do not deserve, it is always their duty to satisfy their customers and because of these kind of people they are being denied the real intentions they want to offer their customers, they would want to their business in the most honest why as possible at least they are doing the right thing for their customers, they are not stepping on anyone, they are always doing the right thing of course this is what the businesses would want to give their customers and not put them into trickery

62. Markets do not want to talk to flacks and hucksters. They want to participate in the conversations going on behind the corporate firewall.

People, the market does not want to talk to flacks and hucksters because they would not benefit anything good from these kinds of people all they will be doing is persuade them into things that they are not really sure if it will do them good, these people will not give them the information that they really need as long as these people will get something out of the markets they will continue give them lies. They do not care if they are stepping on the person as long as they will get money out of the markets, but what the markets want is to get involved with the conversation that is happening behind the corporation firewall, meaning they want to get involved in the real thing, they want to participate in the truth, the information that they will be getting from the companies they can be sure that they will benefit from them because it is the truth, and they can be assured that these people will not just trick them, these people will just be taking advantage of their trust and time that they placed for them to be able to take their money while in the other hand being involved with the corporate conversation they will be benefit from the relationship that they have engaged the selves in with the comfort of trust.

 

63. De-cloaking, getting personal: We are those markets. We want to talk to you.

he markets would want to get personal with the companies they know that these companies can give out something more that what they need, the market wants to get the best out of these companies because this what they want, this is what they need and theses companies are not giving the real them to the markets, they are holding back their best which is what the markets need, they need not get the products and use them they want to receive the real purpose of why these companies exists and they know what they can give to the people, to the markets but these people are all holding back their real capabilities they want these companies to show them, the market the trTue side of their businesses, not just the cover up which what they think what the markets what they see, they are not giving the market the truth, they are just putting up a show for the markets, which should not be, they are not showing or giving the markets the real them which is always important, to give the customer the worth and trust that they deserve once that they have done this I think they will have a better relationship with their markets and this is what is important for them to keep the loyalty and trust of their customers.

 

64.  We want access to your corporate information, to your plans and strategies, your best thinking, your genuine knowledge. We will not settle for the 4-color brochure, for web sites chock-a-block with eye candy but lacking any substance.

People, customers would want to have a firsthand experience with the company not just the “acts” they show in front of investor or important people, they give out adds that does not really show the real side of their company, they are all about earning money without even thinking about the important people. People would want to know what are the real plans of the company, they would want to know the strategies that these companies are up to, they want to be engaged with a company that they can trust, not companies who will just play them, make a fool of them, or just simply take advantage of their money, this is not how a relationship between companies and customers should happen, they should have the trust of their companies for them to have a good relationship for them they should always shave their customers know the updates on things they are planning o do not just give them what they want even without them giving them the real thing, the truth, they are always up to reputations and they are forgetting about the real essence of having your customers trust you with the products that you really give out, you sell, they should be able to know what your company is really about.

 

65. We're also the workers who make your companies go. We want to talk to customers directly in our own voices, not in platitudes written into a script.

What this mean for me is that the companies are controlling the workers too much that some of their rights are taken away form, them, okay not really taken away but it is controlled because of the rules and regulations set by the companies which should not be. Because of these rules and regulations there are many ideas that are denied or did not even reach the stage of acknowledgement because of companies are controlling their worker’s ideas. In this way they are killing the essence of freedom with in the company and workers are the ones who make the companies go. Companies would just want to talk to customers in their own voices in a way that they get to be heard, in a way that customers hear the real insights of the company. Companies would want to have a direct relationship with the customers they want to have a conversation with the customers in their own way. They do not want to give out information which is just written in scripts, and just because they are written down they are should be always the terms that should be followed. Companies would eventually give the opportunity to their workers, to the employees that they can be really part of the company because they get to participate in activities of the company that they are controlled out from. They should have fair, equal treatment within the companies.

 

66. As markets, as workers, both of us are sick to death of getting our information by remote control. Why do we need faceless annual reports and third-hand market research studies to introduce us to each other?

As markets and as workers both should have the freedom to speak, to give out their ideas, the markets are regulated from speaking out their thoughts because of the company’s rules and regulations, they do not need to stand up and follow faceless annual reports  for them to be known, there are always things that people in companies that they have to be followed, they do not have the freedom to speak out their ideas, their thoughts, people are always expecting them to follow rules and regulations, the standards of the company. They do not have the chance to express the real them, their own self, they are always expected to be what the company is. They are always considered part of the company. They are introduced as the company, part of the company because of the standards that they have to follow they are what the company is. This is what the market, the people see them as. The people the market, consider them as part of the company which is a regulated, controlled person who is under a company, all they do is follow the company’s rules and follow their standards. These people do not have to express themselves all they do is work; follow and most of the time controlled the freedom that they have in the first place.

 

67. As markets, as workers, we wonder why you're not listening. You seem  to be speaking a different language.

As markets, as workers companies does not listen to what their employees has to say, they do not care to what their employees has to say. They will never know what their employees might offer to them they will never know the thoughts and ideas that their employee has in store because they never gave them the chance to speak out. They are speaking in a different language because they have their own rules and regulations they have their own things to follow they do not care what others thinks all they care about is their reputation, all they care about is earning money and having a reputation of being an established company. They did give their employees the chance to speak themselves out because since they have rules and regulations written down; this is what is correct and right for the companies. Employees, have great ideas that will never be heard because these companies are controlling the, denying them of their freedom to express themselves in the working environment. These companies might have other or bigger opportunities in environments that care about their personalities, about their ideas. Companies always has a standard to follow which they consider correct and proper all the time, even if it is not going to help the company, even if they know that they will not benefit much from these, but since they have rules and regulations to follow they will still do these because they are in a controlled environment.

 

68. The inflated self-important jargon you sling around—in the press, at your conferences—what's that got to do with us?

            When people set out their own ideas they do not care to what others will give out because all they care about is the standards that they set in the company they do not care about the things that the customers will think all they care about are the things that will boost up their reputation but still following the rules and regulations of the company this is what they should follow, and this is what they think is right as long as they follow the standards of the company they are doing the right thing, it is practically useless attending to business meetings because they will not just listen to you they will ask for opinions but after all that conversation, the things you have talked about seems useless, it is thrown in trash which should not be they should give equal treatment to everyone in the company, people in the company has rights to voice out their opinions, their ideas, it is not all about what the rules of the company is saying. They will never know what ideas are suit to work for the company if they do not care about to the things that their employees are saying they should give everyone equal treatment it is not only in what the rules and regulations of the company are saying. Everyone in the company should have equal rights

 

69. Maybe you're impressing your investors. Maybe you're impressing Wall Street. You're not impressing us.

What this means for me is that companies do not care about the people who will buy their products all they care about are the investors. They only concentrate on building up their reputation for the investors, that’s all they do but they do not worry about what the people will think about them they do not care on what the markets think of them. As long as the investors has a good look on the companies it is okay for them, since this is all they care about to impress the investors but in this way, the companies are living the important thing out. As long as they are impressing the investors it is good for them, all they think about is the investors will be the one who will give them the money but they did not think of the other side, how about the people the markets, the other customers they did not see that they will be the ones who can also help them bring to success. The companies are all for the investors they have their focus only in them. They left the customers the markets out of their strategy, all they had in mind was to impress the investors who does not have the assurance that will give the company trust of their money they do not know how these investors think so they do not have any assurance even if they impress the investors if they will trust them with the money.

 

70. If you don't impress us, your investors are going to take a bath. Don't they understand this? If they did, they wouldn't let you talk that way.

If you do not impress the important people, the customers, your investors would not be interested in your company, that is why they invest their money in companies because they want to earn money, of course they want to put their money in something stable, they want to invest their money In companies that they know will make their money bigger not in companies who are in their way down. So what this companies have to do is ti impress the customers because the customers are the ones who will determine if investors should invest their money in that company, so if the company is making good money they will be having ideas that your company is a good business because it is selling and there are loyal customers who are still are still purchasing your company’s products so that is why you should impress you customers for you to be able to attract investors in investing I  your  company that is why you should be able to satisfy your customers needs and wants because this are the only way you will be able to convince your investors if you do not keep your customers obviously investors will have doubts. Always take priority to what is important to you, do not let the simple things out of the list, everything counts in the company, do not live out small details.

 

71. Your tired notions of "the market" make our eyes glaze over. We don't recognize ourselves in your projections—perhaps because we know we are already elsewhere. This for me means that people doses not feel that they are part of what companies or businesses have in plan, their eyes glaze over for me that this means that the markets people are disappointed because of how the companies treat them, they do not care about the new essence of the market, because of the technology that we have today the market has a new meaning for the companies, but instead they are stuck on the old fashion way on how they run the market, the companies only care about the money and the people who will give them the money, but first of all they should take care of their customers because they are the ones who will provide the income that they after in the first place without these people they would not be enjoying the comfort of still being part of the industry, without these people that purchase their products they would not be having the income that they want. The people are taking their time to have a trusted company to invest in and they will not waste their time, money and effort on something that will not prioritize them.

 

72. We like this new marketplace much better. In fact, we are creating it

The new market place that we have, I think this new market place is the e commerce technology that we have today, people are enjoying this market place better than the old fashion one that we had, well it still exist but I think the new market place that we have, with the use of the technology gives, customers consumers a better advantage, it is more efficient and it is done even in the comforts of their homes, I did not expect for this technology to happen, people, human beings are the one who started all this, and because of this people are getting smarter, they are gaining more knowledge, in all this is done without hassles in life people are much interested in the technology, with the technology it helped create such system, a new better market place, which I think people are interested in, and enjoys better than the old fashion system of the market place. People enjoy the technology that we are experiencing today because of such events, the market place that we have today is I think the best way to do your shopping, your consuming. It is just the same with the old fashion market place.

Companies have their own world they will do things in their own ways, this is the advantage they have towards other companies that they are in the same industry with they have to be unique. This is the advantage that they will have over their competitors, this what they should be able to do get ahead of their competitors, they have their own ways of doing things and this is what they should do. I think what this mean is that if they want to do business with the companies they should remove their old habits; they should remove their old fashion ways. This is not what will help them have business with the other companies; they are always expecting the best, they are always in the trend, they catch up with the technology, of course they want to be part of what is in and what is in the trend. This is how they will interact. The camel is I think an old fashion way of to say that they are doing trade the old fashion way, a system that is old fashion and out of date.

 

 

 

74. We are immune to advertising. Just forget it.

We are used to advertising people, companies use this everyday to get the attention of their customers. We experience advertising in everyday we live, this is how companies get their products to be sold, how will they sell their products f in the first place people does not know anything about their products, first thing they have to do is for them to let the people know, the market that their product exist, they will not have anything, they will not gain anything if they are just stuck in their own world, and just let things happen without them taking action, all they do is just rely on the things that can happen, they do not have plans for what they have, this can’t be, that is why they are taking the first step. They advertise and advertise, we experience this without us even noticing this, that we are already experiencing an advertisement. This is what we experience in everyday we do. There is always advertisement with everything we do, we just notice it.

 

75. If you want us to talk to you, tell us something. Make it something interesting for a change.

You should get the attention of the customers if you want them to have a conversation with you, you should get them to be interested with what you have. Have something interesting that will attract the customers, the people to your product. Things should be unique and something that may be you only have. Companies should be unique in what they have this is what interest people. This is what brings the customer closer to the people, the uniqueness of their products. They should be always on top of their game. People should not always follow what the others are doing it is just a trend that they are following it is not always good to follow the trend because in the first place there are many of you following the trend so there are many of you having the same products. Be unique, have your customers closer to you by having unique products that will attract them that they will have interest in. there is always a time to change and take advantage of the time. This how you can attract your customers by having innovative products.

Companies need new innovations in coming up with their ideas. They come up with new innovative products, such as what products to give an what are the new supplies, or tools what Is the trend that they need or to be part of, they are usually in the first part, which is the old fashion way, so to attract the people they should be concerned in what they are doing, they are not supposed to be like always depending on what will be I, they should have ideas of their own, they should be unique in a way that they are always up to their goals of being on top, this is how they will have goo income, on how they sell their products, on how they create their own products, how they advertise the products, even on how they create it. There are many approaches on how you can make your products known to the market, to the people. You should have something that not everybody has. Be unique in your own way for you to be able to attract customers.

This statement for talks about how companie do not have time for their customers, once they have the attention of the market they forget about them, they do not have time to entertain the concerns of the market, the people, when in fact they should prioritize their customers because from them the companes benefit. They will always be the number one thing for the companies, because without the market the companies will not exist. They should have time to talk, to communicate with the customers, they should not the people for granted because once you have lost a customer it will be hard for you. Remember news can easily spread. People can have bad thoughts about your company, even with the simple mistake. Everything can go wrong if you do not entertain your customers, you should take care of your customers since they are the ones who are giving you the profit, the money, have time to communicate to your customers, listen to their concerns, you may never know this can help your company, you can have an advantage towards the other companies, your competition.

 

 

 

 

 

78. You want us to pay? We want you to pay attention.

The companies are after income of course, so if they want to get money, profit, first of all they should get the attention of the market the market are their target to have conversations with because from them you will get the money that you after, so how will you sell to the market if you do not have their attention this is how you should treat you market. You should take care of them, you should make resources available for the people who will purchase your items, and this is how it should be in the first place. markets do not want to get involve with conversations that are not real, that is just putting their hopes up, they want to have something that they can trust something that they know that will be given to them in exchange with the time, effort and trust that they have put on the company. This is how it should have been in the first place. People should be able to communicate directly to the people involved in the business, they should be heard for they are the ones who will give the company the profit that they are after.

79. We want you to drop your trip, come out of your neurotic self-involvement, join the party.

Companies should interact with the customers they cannot always just inside their offices and just go with the flow; they should be able to interact also. There are times when they have the opportunity o do all these things, these things will be able to help them in creating a good flowing relationships with their customers, work is not always has to be that employees should be inside the office doing paper works and attending meetings, they should be able to interact with the market. Have a conversation happening, this just how the systems work, you can’t just live it, let it be and expect everything to go as you [planned it there are always problems that will come along the way but what is important is you establish conversation with your customers.

This is what is always on the minds of companies which should not be the case they should be able to know that there are many things besides on having money, that is the only thing that companies concentrate in, not because you are in the company this is the main objective of everything you do in a company is not only about this, there are many things much more than having money you should be able to establish your company first do not make your company revolve around the terms of money because there also other reasons why you have established your company, and money disappears so do not put all your time in the event that you have to make more money, there are so much things that you have to prioritize it is not only what you should concentrate on money should be earn with happiness and knowing you have done a good job and not just because you have to.

 

81. Have you noticed that, in itself, money is kind of one-dimensional and boring? What else can we talk about?

Money is what is important for these companies, this is all they talk about, that is why they work, and go through all this trouble, this is for them to earn money, to gain profit, of course who would not want to make money, some people live just for the sake of money, this is what all they think about, to earn and earn money. Money does make the world go around, many believe in this statement but they never thought of life without money, think about it, a world without money? Do you think people will still go through the hassles of looking for jobs, starting up businesses, computing, and all the other things that involve money? Have you ever thought about this, all of these things we do because money exists. This is what I think that is why they say money is one-dimensional and boring. People sacrifice a lot of things just to earn money, others kill, steal in short people commit crimes just to have money. Every time we hear company or business, what is the first thing that comes in mind, money, and right? For businesses, companies this is all they talk about, they have meetings talking about on how they can make their sales higher, or their competitors making more than they are, what is always the main topic of their conversations; money. And every time they make decisions, or think of strategies for their business what is the main concern of their decisions, of their strategies but to make money. Money is what all they talk about. Just imagine it will all of these exist if money never existed. Money is what all the companies are talking about; well money is the reason why they started with the business anyway.

82. Your product broke. Why? We'd like to ask the guy who made it. Your corporate strategy makes no sense. We'd like to have a chat with your CEO. What do you mean she's not in?

When customers are not satisfied with your products, of course they will be disappointed, they did not get their money’s worth, they would invest in something they think is treasonable for the cost and time they sacrificed, no one in the right mind will just spend money without knowing even a little bit information about the product they are purchasing. They would want to know what the product is for and what does it do. If they are not satisfied with what they purchase they will go to the people in company with positions. They will directly take their concerns to the people with power because they think those people will take action for their concerns, like in restaurants if customers are not satisfied with the food or service, they immediately ask for the manager, the person with power because they want them to take action with what the customer is complaining, not everything is just what the restaurant want things to be. People are getting smarter today, and they will not let things take advantage over their capability.

What this means for me is that, customers, the markets wanted to be treated as how companies treat people they need, like advertising agencies, the media, how they treat people who will help them get their product to be known, because companies have special treatment for the media because they will help get their products to be known, customers wanted to be treated the same way because of the concerns that they want companies do not give them the attention that they need, the attention that they deserve, all the customers should be important to the companies because without them they would have anyone to sell their products to, that is why they should also take care f the customers

 people do not want to talk to people who cannot do anything about their concerns, they want to have direct communication to the people involved in the business to the people who can do something about their concerns, they are always on top of what they want to do so they always have excuses so that they have no time in conversing with the people involved. The people want to take their concerns directly to the companies. They have always made a point not have customer relationship with their customers because of the customers. And people would want to be engaged people want to be engaged in a relationship that would give them a good working relationship. They want to be engaged directly to the people working inside the business and not with just any person that the company hired t talk to them.

 

85. When we have questions we turn to each other for answers. If you didn't have such a tight rein on "your people" maybe they'd be among the people we'd turn to.

 

If businesses will continue to control their employees in everything they do they would not be able top reach the goal that every employee would want to have which is to work as efficient as possible. The employees can also assist help to customers in need. They have the capacity to be able to talk to customers about their concerns. Employees have the capability to help customers with possible problems but since they are being controlled by the business to their work. Employees working inside the companies also have the right to support the businesses; they have the right employees always want to have a good working relationship with the company. They obviously want to perform better than what the company expects of them, they would want to have a good working relationship towards their customers.

 

 

86. When we're not busy being your "target market," many of us are your people. We'd rather be talking to friends online than watching the clock. That would get your name around better than your entire million dollar web site. But you tell us speaking to the market is Marketing's job.

 

When companies has reached their target which is to sell to their target market they forget about them and go back to their old habits of not giving them priority they only communicate to them once they have sold or reach their target. When they have gotten their money there is no more any conversations that are happening, they forget about the people who has helped them earn their profit once they have earn their money they forget about everyone and concentrate more on how they can sell more again, they focus their business in advertising their products and slowly forget about their target market, the people who has helped them earn their money.

 

87. We'd like it if you got what's going on here. That'd be real nice. But it would be a big mistake to think we're holding our breath.

 

Customers would want to think that there are really people who cares about their concerns, people would want to think that there are businesses that they can approach in case anything money but once they have happens but this is not happening today, companies only need them when they need  them  but once they have gotten what they need they forget about the people who has helped them in their businesses people are often like this you do not just expect any stranger to help you just like that they need something in return they would want to get something in return. People are often like this they do not care about you all they care about is the money.

 

88. We have better things to do than worry about whether you'll change in time to get our business. Business is only a part of our lives. It seems to be all of yours. Think about it: who needs whom?

 

Customers are trying to make the businesses realize the things that they have been doing, the businesses are only there for the customers if they need money, and they do not care about them as a person. Imagine the businesses without customers obviously the businesses will run after the customers while customers has a wide range of companies to go to incase anything happens there are customers that will go to businesses that will openly attend to their needs while this customers are always in need of what they need the most, money.

 

 

89. We have real power and we know it. If you don't quite see the light, some other outfit will come along that's more attentive, more interesting, more fun to play with.

 

Customers have the real power, companies are the ones who are in need of the businesses without the customers their business would not exists it is always up to the customers to prioritize their business. Company’s e businesses that they will be investing in they are always in need of people to sell to, companies will be the ones to run after these people without them businesses will have a hard time to maintain customers. Companies should be careful in how they treat their clients, they are important to businesses without them the businesses will be nothing.

90. Even at its worst, our newfound conversation is more interesting than most trade shows, more entertaining than any TV sitcom, and certainly more true-to-life than the corporate web sites we've been seeing.

91. Our allegiance is to ourselves—our friends, our new allies and acquaintances, even our sparring partners. Companies that have no part in this world, also have no future.

It still relies on the relationship that they will be having with one another. It is not always going the way the way want it to be. Time is ticking and they are focusing too much just on one thing, they are not always prepared for the risks that can happen because of the spending that they are doing. There are always possibilities that things will not go the way they want it to be.

93. We're both inside companies and outside them. The boundaries that separate our conversations look like the Berlin Wall today, but they're really just an annoyance. We know they're coming down. We're going to work from both sides to take them down.

The people are now interested with what is going on because it is made much easier for everyone, everything has done easier for human beings to use. Because of the internet everyone can now have conversations just by staying at home and the person they are communicating to can be half way around the globe. People are much wiser today, they are now much knowledgeable of the things going on around us because of the new technology things has much made easier for everyone. Everything is accessible to us. Everything is now much efficient. People will always for the easier things in life. People are always there to improve everything. We are now living in a world that we are all concerned with what will happen in every move we do.
